Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT project implementation or operations.

Salesforce Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and configuring Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience, Industry Clouds, and etc.). Deep understanding of Flow Builder / Data Model Design / Security & Sharing Model.

Task Management: Proven success records in delivering the tasks, includes the junior member’s tasks, with in committed timeline and meet the expected standard

Mentoring skills: Proven experience in managing junior member resources, and/or mentoring

Language: Native Thai and Business-level English

Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate requirements into reasonable and scalable technical solutions.
